Okay just tell me what you think the pupose of these are

why is thre braille( those dots the blind read) on drive-in Atms( those bank machines you drive through)

    Alright, I could understand the ATMs that people walk up to with braille, but the blind, no offense, really shouldn't be on the road, which menas that they shouldn't be driving up to ATMs. Unless they have like a personal assistant......
